Tropical 03:34
I wonder what we'll discover when we venture out tonight. That summer air, it took me over.. and I hope that it takes you too. We'll wander this landscape 'till we're black and blue. Can we dance in the moonlight and we'll howl at the moon, and we'll make ourselves blood pacts - just me and you. As the sun rises above the horizon a new day dawns in my heart; and I'm convinced that we're forever and nothing will tear us apart. We stood larger than mountains, with our hands outstretched like trees to the heavens, though the darkness closes in, our echoes will never end.
2.
Jungle 02:43
Lets negate everything we think we know which doesn't prove to be all that much now. Relinquishing our hands is the hardest thing we'll do letting go will set things in motion. There's beauty in little things and the shroud of their mystery. We are victims of time in every moment that passes by. But we will grow and change, but I like it that way. Its the little things that make life so significant. (We'll grow 'till we're large)
3.
Robotrip 02:39
History's door opens and time begins all over again Let's put ground between everything now and everything then. Open seas ahead, it's where the dreams play out in my head. We're not so different now. I refuse to tire and grow indifferent. Don't let me fade entirely. Don't let me drift into obscurity. My lungs are filled with concrete, I'm not scared of opening this box because I'm already in it. And throw my youthful angst at the world. Spitting out the grain they've been ploughing, you'd swallow like a sheep. Claw this box and chew on poison I won't be out of touch. Why do we make tiny homes to keep out the dark Nothing can stop this wilderness from growing in my heart.
4.
Cycles 03:18
I wonder how much life we live subconsciously and how much we control our autonomy The constant cycle we live, I'm not happy with But we do it like we'd eat or breath. We follow the cycles handed down. Just like our fingernails. We're unconscious in the lives we live. We're unconscious, only breathing. We are all of our habits We are all that we think We are all of our words We are much more than this.
5.
Lethorgy 03:48
I used to find such comfort in your company, but with the distance between us finally I feel free, and the hardest part of all was letting myself down, and not making good on all that we had found. I was hopeful you we're unable to talk. That pushed our demise to the back of our thoughts. But it was always over before it began; so I'll face my inner demons. You don't wanna speak, but inside I'm dying; denied my own confession. What we thought was love was only our crutch. Don't tell me this time how it's gonna be, you bottle it up inside I'd rather be free. We can't be friends.
6.
Overthinking 02:22
I often think in finalities Like "in the end what will I leave?" But all that matters at the end of the day Is that I stay true through everything. As moments drift into days As moments eventually drift away. I thought that I would be more than this, I thought these feet would have lasting prints.
